Were made to order and have a turnaround time of 15 to 21 BUSINESS DAYS (not including holidays or weekends), see banner for updated Turn around times.

No cancellations.

Understand, we post updates to help communicate details and have many options available for communication. Our chat box is here. Via our social media, chat options, and updates are posted often across.

We appreciate your business and understand at times things happen, or don't work out as planned. We do not offer refunds, due to being semi-custom and made-to-order. We understand there are instances where refunds may be entitled to due to defects. This is what will be needed to see if you are eligible for a refund, but it is not guaranteed:

1. We require your order number, or invoice number to locate the purchase. You MUST email us at: thenerdynook5@gmail.com

2. A photo of the item(s) and a description of defect.

3. You must contact us within 2 calendar days, of receiving the purchase based on the delivery date.

4. It must not have been washed, dried, or worn.
5. A member of our team will be in contact with you and address any concerns.

Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first. We may issue you a new item, a partial refund, or a full refund instead. Purchaser is responsible for shipping costs unless otherwise informed by our shop. It is up to our discretion if a refund is to be given.
